Goma Budhathoki is originally from Dang, Nepal, and is currently living and working in Dubai. She comes from a Hindu background but had a growing interest in spiritual matters. Over time, she began watching Christian videos, especially on TikTok, where she encountered biblical teachings and the message of Jesus Christ.
Through these short video messages, Goma started learning about God’s love, grace, and the truth of the gospel. She often liked and engaged with our TikTok content. Eventually, she reached out to us through a message on TikTok, expressing her curiosity and desire to know more about Jesus.
After that initial contact, we connected with her on WhatsApp. Goma had many questions about faith, salvation, and Jesus Christ. With much interest and sincerity, she shared her life journey with us, and we responded to her questions through voice messages and calls. We took time to explain the gospel more deeply and shared with her the hope and new life found in Jesus.
As the seeds of faith were planted in her heart, Goma began to open her heart more to God’s Word. Finally, on May 10, 2025, she expressed her desire to accept Jesus as her personal Lord and Savior. On May 11, 2025, we prayed together, and she made the decision to follow Christ.
From this day forward, Goma is now a follower of Jesus. She has started attending our online fellowship and is receiving spiritual resources, including simple Bible study materials, to help her grow in her new faith.
